British musician Alex Clare is coming back to Prague after long five years. The author of unforgettable hit Too Close will perform in Roxy on February 8th 2017. Tickets for 495 czk will be available from Friday, September 30th, at 10 am via fource.cz, GoOut.cz and Ticketpro.
Alex Clare was born in Southwark, London. He was influenced by various genres like jazz, blues, dubstep or UK garage since he was a kid. Wide spectrum of inspiration was extremely important for his own music. Debut album The Lateness of the Hour was produced by Major Lazer and released on renowned label Island Records and Clare got nomination for prestigious Brit Award. His name started to appear side by side with well-known artist like Rudimental, John Newman, Diplo or Jamie Woon. Next record Three Hearts was released in 2014 and included single War Rages On that appeared in BBC series Our Girl.
Alex Clare is about to release his third album Tail of Lions on November 11th on his own label and says: “It’s good to be back, hope you enjoy.”
