After a successful concert at this year's Brutal Assault, Norwegian music laboratory Leprous is quickly returning to the Czech Republic! On February 9, a combination of progressive metal, art rock, and electronica will take over Prague's Roxy club. A must for fans of sophisticated guitar music!
Leprous was formed in 2001 in Notodden, Norway, and originally functioned as the backing band for Ihsahn (ex-Emperor), which opened the door to a wider audience. They began to forge their own path with their debut album Tall Poppy Syndrome (2009), which showcased their ability to combine progressive metal technique with melodic sensitivity. Since then, the band has gradually established itself as one of the most distinctive formations on the modern prog scene.
